Revolving Cylinder (WT300)
The WT300 is the second largest machine in the range. It can carry
knitting heads up to 20" (508mm) diameter providing the knitted mesh is
less than 28" (711mm) wide. The wire pay off system can be floor / pallet
located bobbins with or without
heavy duty snatch detectors mounted on a
stand positioned near the machine, or a similar system for smaller bobbin
sizes up to DIN 160 mounted on the top of the machine. Another alternative
is to supply individual external pay off creels to suit the number of
feeds on the machine, with run/no run detection and capacity of up to DIN
250 bobbins (as illustrated in the photograph to the left).

six feeds with full needle detection.

WT300 takedown assembly - the
knitted mesh is precisely
wound on to an aluminium centre by twin peripheral rollers,
keeping the mesh perfectly aligned by a system of rack and pinions.
