Revolving Cambox (WX Series)

The range provides versatile high speed knitting machines for the manufacture of tubular knitted wire mesh for, generally, the automotive industry.

Products include high temperature supports for catalytic converters, explosion container collars for air bags, re-usable filters for crankcase breathers, flexible high temperature exhaust seals, small de-mister pads for the chemical industry, anti-vibration mountings, industrial and domestic pot scourers and aircraft air conditioning filters.

Two basic feed systems are available:-

1. Up to four feed using a maximum of 4 off DIN 200 bobbins with wire diameters from 0.05mm to 0.28mm (feeds may have to be reduced or smaller package size used if multi end knitting is required).

2. Single feed having an external wire feed allowing large packages to be employed with wire diameters up to 0.5mm (a running wire detector is included with this type).

An AC inverter drive system gives full control of running speed, acceleration, braking and crawl speed.

The machine is fully guarded with 10mm polycarbonate doors fitted with approved magnetic safety switches to EC standards.

The machine is equipped with a pre-determined length counter accurate to 0.05 metres.

A power supply of 200/240 volts, single phase, 50/60 Hz is required.
