Hat & Scarf (TQ Series)

This modern, high-speed machine, of a single jersey concept, has been specifically designed for the production of hats and scarves.

The TQ models are single jersey machines electronically
programmable of 8" diameter with either 144 or 156 needles, 3+3 feeds and 17 yarn fingers.

bulletA design system to compliment the machine for the development of jacquard, textured and striped fabrics. The system used is the most powerful software for textile designs, offering many advanced design and image manipulation tools. It provides the most comprehensive file format support in industry enabling it to freely exchange designs with other systems. It fully utilises current technology hardware and software. The system incorporates the industry standard TWAIN interface, enabling it to acquire images from any TWAIN compliant scanner or digital camera. These images can be enhanced and modified to generate textile designs within minutes
